48-29
Our top-6 hitters are averaging about an .898 OPS for the year. Amazing.

P.S. JIT got his close games. Let's end this with a blowout!
Although Skuball gives me a bad feeling...

If the Astros prevail today, they will continue their streak of winning serious...They have not lost a serious in June...
Astros, time to be series about extending the serious....

Not digging this lineup. Straw should Always bat ahead Altuve...Whether Straw is leading off, or batting 9th.
With the batters today, and if Altuve is a permanent marker at leadoff, then I would hope we would have done this
Altuve Tucker Correa Alvarez Guriel Toro Chas Castro Straw

I always hate seeing Brantley out of the lineup. He is a guaranteed on base at least once a game but typically 2-3 times.
I am sure he is due for a day off but still hate him not in the lineup.

Straw is showing he can lead off. He works the count and has good speed. Jose is likely to go up there and make an out on the first pitch he sees. I agree with giving Brantley the day off. Jose should either be second or sixth. He is back to trying to pull everything.

I don’t get why he wasn’t rested during the doubleheader. It’s giving credence to the theory that Dusty doesn’t make the calls on the days off.

Why do y'all want a bunch of lineup changes when our basic structure is tearing up the league???

Horrible luck that inning. 104mph lineout for Jose and a 97mph DP for Yuli.

I'm sick of seeing us start games with one of his famous one pitch outs like we just saw. I know he hit the ball hard but he was still out. Straw works the count. He did and got a base hit. As a leadoff man, Straw>Dumbass.

Astros: 6 batters. 5 outs hit 95+ mph or better. Only 1 single.
This pitcher is lucky.

Man, Toro. Calm down with the FC throws. Altuve almost got killed. Just go to first next time.

Correa did his job. Tucker has been hitting screamers but right into the shift.

You weren't complaining when he was hitting leadoff HRs last week. Home runs are great. Racking up hits is greater. He's doing both. He's in a slight mini slump and he's still being productive. We're 12-1 in our last 13 games so I'm not sure why people are being down on anybody at the moment.

Good leadoff hitters get on base. One pitch outs don't get him on base. Typically, 104mph lasers get you on base. I thought you knew baseball?

Surprisingly, everyone’s learned to lay off Straw.
