Do something.

We should be no worse than 6-2 at this point. Lack of hitting.....especially Altuve and Bregman......have killed the offense. Baker has blown 2 games...one by not calling for a sac bunt and misnanaging pitching for at least one more.

Need to get it going today. We face Bumgarner Tuesday.

Need to get it going today. We face Bumgarner Tuesday. Matching Valdez against him doesn't sound promising.

After last night's pitiful performance, I am glad to see Carlos out of the lineup, although I have little confidence that "super Jack" can do any better. The fact that he stays on the roster is a joke. Nice guy but not a big league ballplayer.
Correa was absolutely lost last night and his last at bat may have cost us the game. I have never seen a worse at bat from him.

Does anybody think two former Astros catchers (Castro/Stassi) on the Angels might have something to do with the pathetic hitting, particularly on those who have been around a while?

If Verlander isn't done for the season, would you use him as a reliever/closer to ramp him up to a start? Say 1 inning/2 inning/3 inning/4 inning then a start?

Tucker doesn’t seem like the usual lefty. I can’t picture him hitting the low and in pitch.

If Tucker starts hitting the high fastball, watch out, world.

Mayfield always has been and always will be a complete waste of roster space on any level.

Our offense is the best at both working pitchers and not scoring.

I thought Brantly came to the plate with the intended purpose of making Ohtani throw pitches and would have settled for an 8 pitch out. He got the walk instead.

I don’t get why a former MVP like Altuve just willingly plays to the defense.

If I’m the hitting coach, I’m ordering Altuve to take breaking pitches thrown outside. There’s no reason why he should continue to swing at those ugly pitches.

When he became a home run hitter, he lost a great deal of his contact ability. We need that back from him. Other people can homer in his stead.

Ohtani would have walked Tucker if Kyle had allowed it. He swung at two out of the zone. Super Jack is a wasted roster spot and proves it.
We had the chance at a big inning but Jose is still in his funk.....two weak at bats.
Didn't realize this until today.......the Angels cut Garneau to Keep Stassi, who we got rid of, and then we were stupid enough to dump Chirinos and sign Garneau. LOL
