Also, I don’t know why Toro was batting with the game on the line. I had a few choice words for Dusty when he left Toro in the game with Yuli available. We lost this game in the first two innings when we failed to cash in on chances Richards gave us. McCullers was horrible.....Jose continues his comeback, and Kyle Tucker keeps looking good. Straw is swinging the bat a lot better. Paredes and Scrubb both did good jobs. And......as usual......Sneed sucked. Please get rid of Sneed..he is useless. |

Even though it ended badly, the loss was encouraging: 1. Springer is battling more. 2. Altuve is laying off the offspeed. 3. Correa has stepped up to the 3rd spot. 4. Tucker is putting up good AB’s. 5. This team has been turning more DP’s. 6. Reddick has been serviceable. But: 1. Why is Toro batting ahead of Tucker? 2. Why is Maldonado batting between Straw and Springer? |

Last night's loss is my fault. I was watching the game in the beginning I think I was the only one commenting besides Saint. And my son said I had promised him a movie night earlier in the week, and he wanted to watch Goonies... So I had to stop watching the game, my fault...

Better Off Dead hasn't been on cable in over 15 years and it's one of the funniest comedies ever. I think it's banned because of the title

He is going to hit Maldonado 9th no matter who else is in the lineup. The big question I had last night was WHY was Yuli not used to pinch hit for Toro with the game on the line? Correa had two good at bats with three K's in between where he looked awful. The progress of Altuve is very encouraging. I have some hope for Taylor Jones . I also have to wonder why Sneed is brought into any game with the outcome still in doubt unless it is a last resort. We had other options last night. Sneed and Biagnini need to be gone. |
