O-everything with RISP and 2 outs is up to bat again with RISP and 2 outs. Fitting

How many more chances will it take for Springer to come through?

Nice job hitters. We suck right now. Our hitting does.

Springer's swing looks a little off too... Very off balance...

Marwin is ready to argue the call... Not so ready to swing the bat... He seems to argue more than any of the other hitters... Yup, they’re all ready to pull a Jason Castro but not swing the bat.

Arguing calls doesn't really do any good anyway... Might even make the ump mad...

He does have an option left but he also has enough service time to allow him to reject the assignment and still receive his salary. Just like Matt Harvey just did <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 24.09999999999991px; height: 4.920000000000016px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 15px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT2_31891647" scrolling="no" width="24.09999999999991" height="4.920000000000016"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 24.1px; height: 4.92px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1144px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT2_38841643" scrolling="no" width="24.09999999999991" height="4.920000000000016"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 24.1px; height: 4.92px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 185px;" id="MoatPxIOPT2_53579616" scrolling="no" width="24.09999999999991" height="4.920000000000016"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 24.1px; height: 4.92px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1144px; top: 185px;" id="MoatPxIOPT2_86203006" scrolling="no" width="24.09999999999991" height="4.920000000000016"></iframe> The Astros should make that move... Let him walk, if he chooses to do so... i agree. If Evan is a team player, he will accept being sent down to try and work out his problems. If he refuses......which I don't think he will..........DFA him. He is killing us.

This is higher level offensive sucking beyond our normal scrubs.

Just one of those games you want to forget..........Altuve triples to lead off an inning, Correa walks, and then Reddick strikes out and Bregman hits into a DP to kill the inning. The horrible umpire behind the plate made an obvious terrible call on the obstruction on Bregman. Not only did Alex NOt Obstruct Pollack, Pollack created the contact by going int Alex who was going after the ball. The out call at the plate should have stood and the game would have remained tied. As has become a normal occurrence, Will Harris comes in and sets the D-backs up to add another run. Then, we get to the 9th and when needing a pinch hitter, all we have to choose from is Stassi or Marisnick. Neither was a good option. We had already let Gattis do his usual strikeout routine. When the offense and bullpen suck at the same time, we get what we saw today.

I'm not sure if having White and Kemp up instead of Gattis/Marisnick would have been enough to win either of these games, but it would have helped the odds of pulling out at least one of them.
If Hinch is wise, he will use the off day to make a roster move or two. With the kind of starting pitching the Astros have been getting, a decent offense would make it inconsequential when the umpire blows a call or two.

Morton and Verlander both had hits in this series! I would have used either to pinch hit before I'd trust Gattis.
