I don't think we can blame Strom for Baez's problem, injuries to Paredes and Taylor, the fact that we keep paying a useless BP pitcher like Smith, or the fact that Click sat on his ass all winter and failed to sign any bullpen help other than Stanek. Click also failed to sign a needed outfielder. If anyone needs to "pack his bags", it's Click, Baker, and the half-assed hitting coaches. The crew doing the youtube game last night spent a good bit of time talking about Strom and the outstanding work he is doing with the Astros staff. They also brought up that he was the second pitcher to have Tommy John surgery, and, if John hadn't had it first, instead of TJ surgery, pitchers would be having BS SURGERY. LOL LOL |

It's really just Raley and Smith that have been brutally awful. The bullpen has been pretty good otherwise.
