"Charges were dropped and the case disappeared." It's called money. What fantasy world do you live in? I live in the real world......you should try it sometime. Out here in the real world, you need PROOF to convict.......unless you are a democratic politician in which case you can commit treason or any other crime and never be convicted...... I never said no money changed hands. I said charges were dropped.........no evidence that he beat anyone. All I said was you don't have any evidence that money changed hands...all you have is speculation. Show me the proof that money changed hands and I'll agree with you. You are not supposed to be able to convict anyone on speculation. Who's talking about convicting? I'm just telling you how it all magically went away for Osuna. Don't be naïve.

No, you said Osuna paid off the supposed victim to drop the charges without having any evidence, only an assumption. Nowhere did I say money didn't change hands. I said you have no proof that it did, and, you don't. It is likely that something was done to get the charges dropped. There could have been evidence that the charges were false from the beginning......we don't know. We can ASSUME money or something else was used to get the charges dropped, but, unless we have proof, we can only assume.........I hope that was simple enough for you to understand.

An assumption or belief is NOT proof.

That is your problem. You formed an opinion and assumed that since charges against Osuna were dropped that he must have paid the so-called victim to drop them. You have NO proof that anything like that took place. I have NEVER said Osuna didn't pay to have them dropped. In all probability, he probably did, but, there is NO PROOF. I have enough common sense not to declare that I KNOW something happened when all I can do is assume it happened. My head isn't buried anywhere.......your head is implanted in your ass because you are either too damn dumb to comprehend that I DID NOT SAY Osuna didn't pay the bitch off or anything close to that. I said there is no evidence to prove that he did. Keep your head stuck up your ass......it's your privilege. You whined about Osuna from the time we traded for him. We got rid of a basket case in Ken Giles and got one of the top young closers in the game that was under contract control for several years. You labeled him as a "wife beater" in post after post when you knew damn well he had never been married. Only an idiot who can't accept reality or admit he is wrong does that. Now, go find a damn number on a stat sheet to prove that you are right. Give it up, junior. You lose.

I never said Osuna didn't pay the woman off.....he claims he knows he did.

I'm sitting here laughing at your stupid ass for continuing with this BS when you know you are wrong. Show me a copy of Osuna's marriage license. You keep looking like a damn fool referring to a man who is not married and has never been married as a wife beater. I am not one who declared Altuve totally innocent in the sign-stealing scandal......that was you. He may have been innocent, but, you have no proof that he didn't cheat just like those who did. That is just another of your assumptions. You love Altuve so you choose to believe he was totally innocent. You don't like Osuna, so you say you know he is guilty. LOL LOL

LOL LOL I have proof from the data that was released regarding the trash can bangs and from the statements of multiple teammates. Without that information, I would say that he is just as guilty as any of the rest of them. He's still guilty of not putting a stop to it. I don't care about Osuna either way. He was a mediocre closer that nobody will remember in a decade unless he beats another wife or two.

As much as I dogged Harris on here, I’d consider him to be more clutch than Osuna. He even bailed him out against the Rays. Osuna then shot himself in the foot by going against TJS and thus is now pitching in the Mexican League. Pitching dominance and smarts are not on Osuna’s side.

I wouldn't consider Harris to be more clutch than anyone in the post-season. The only post season relievers we could count on were guys who were in the rotation during the season.........McCullers, Morton, and Peacock. The regular season relievers were garbage in the playoffs. We had no reliable pen in the post season in 2019 or 2020. Pulling Greinke in game 7 of the WS was the worst move Hinch ever made while he was here. I'd still take him over Dusty in a heartbeat.

I meant no insult to your wife who must have tons of patience. Osuna was not the best in the game but was our best option while he was here and we got him for nothing. Right now, if he were healthy he'd be a welcome addition to this pen.

I thought you didn't like "wife beaters" and the like, yet here you are wanting this thug. LOL You completely missed my joke. I was using your reasoning with Osuna. Difference is that this guy actually had a wife to beat..........Osuna was never married and all charges were dropped. I'd gladly re-sign Roberto Osuna to a an incentive filled contract to see what he could bring to our pen. A healthy, productive Robert Osuna added to Graveman, Pressly, and the other recently acquired relievers would give us one of the top pens in the game, if not the best. As far as missing your joke, I've never known you to joke very often.
