Correa hit the first Sac Popup I've seen in a long time. Carlos and Jose have both been in a slump. Over the last 10 games, looking at their stats, we see that Carlos has been better than Jose. Correa's BA .263, OBP .326 OPS .773 SLG .447 Altuve's BA .214 OBP .283 OPS .521 SLG .238

That was some great heads up face running by Altuve.... Seeing that the rookie, did a rookie mistake and not set up for the throw to home plate...

Everyone in the lineup had a hit except Yuli, and, that won't happen too often.

He is going to have to turn things around soon or he can forget the type of contract he wants. He has a history of being good in September and the post-season. If he does it again, the extended slump he is in now won't matter a lot.

That catch he made on Castro was sweet, but I’m not a fan of the reaction. It wasn’t the World Series. Of course, Maddon doesn’t have the balls to tell the kid to calm down.

Maddon whines more than any manager in the league. The media acts like he invented baseball sometimes. I guess that comes with managing a world championship for the Cubs.

The PoG was Aledmys Díaz. Honorable mention goes to Altuve for his three hits. I believe Díaz intentionally hung himself out to dry to make sure Jones scored the tying run. I think Benintendi would’ve had him if the throw weren’t cut off. Of course, in typical Astros fashion, the game was blown in the same inning.

We lost due to baserunning and pitchers not holding the runners on base. Stanek is responsible for the winning run scoring by making no attempt to keep the runner close to first base.

Last night was Bush league. Player's fundamentals abandoned. And, the result was a loss in a game we should have won. We blew a chance to increase our lead on the A's for the second game in a row. They blew two games and so did we. Terrible baserunning and pitchers giving runners extra bases.

I'm just saying if all of them are paid according to what they are contributing right now, many of them would be getting a cut in pay.

He doesn't deserve what he is asking for, but, on the other hand, how many of the rest of them are earning what we are paying them at the present time?
