I missed a lot of the game after the first few innings, but here are my thoughts: 1. I hate to see a pitcher get pulled when throwing a no-hitter. Pitch counts be d*mned unless he's worn out. Framber wasn't dominating but I would have left him in at least another inning. 2. Sending Yuli was the right thing to do. We're a good team. Play with confidence and be aggressive. It won't work out sometimes, but I think you have to take some risks. 3. Everybody needs to relax with Correa. He'll turn it around. 4. It was a waste to use Pressly in that game. 1. I fully agree. I would never pull a pitcher who has a no-hitter going until he gave up a hit or was totally spent. 2. Agree totally 3. Again, I totally agree. He always comes around in the post-season and usually has a good September. 4. He probably used Pressly thinking he needed an inning's work, plus he was afraid to trust another guy with only a four run lead. He didn't plan on Pressly having a high pitch count. Hopefully, we score enough runs to not need a closer today.

Despite the no hits, Framber did not pitch well and had zero chance of a complete game. He had no clue where the ball was going and went as far as he could before Dusty pulled him. 2. I don’t think it was a good send, but the move it was more indicative of a lack of faith in Carlos driving him in because he’s been hitting like a relief pitcher so I kind of get it. 3. Maybe people should relax with Correa, but this isn’t a typical slump. He’s had like one hit in a month. 4. Pressly needed the work. He rarely seems to pitch nowadays.

Sure, but will it be this year, or next? He’s due for his yearly month-long IL stint.
