I hold a different standard with the Olympics. They’re representing their country. I don’t think it’s cool to show how woke you are by shitting on the anthem like that one hammer thrower chick who angrily, almost to the point of tears, turned her back while the anthem was playing and while wearing her precious little rebellious t-shirt. They always have the right to protest, but they have no right to be in the Olympics. It is a privilege to be selected to represent your country with a modicum of pride. If they don’t like it, they can kneel all they want at home in front of their tv’s. However, they have no quarrel with using the country they despise to make a couple bucks in endorsements. I don’t root for these types of heroes. Anything like that happening Swimming, Gymnastics or Volleyball? I hope not, because I enjoy watching those sports in the Olympics. The gymnastics teams and beach volleyball teams are all moving away from wearing bikinis and onsies, because they feel it sexualizes them. German gymnastics team wore long pants. |

Luckily she was not for the US... And I don't even know Costa Rica had gymnasts in the Olympics.... Usually the TV only covers the favorites: US, Russia, China. |

There's just not enough curves on the overwhelming majority of those women to begin with. |

Synchronized Diving is on right now....Even though it looks tough.... it's kind of meh....An announcer's excitement probably makes a difference....These people sound like they are hungover, and trying to hold back a hurl... I don't like soccer, but the dude that screams GOAL until he croaks makes it cooler. |
