The more I think about Urquidy, Framber, and the fact they want to limit the innings of Javier and García, the more I feel getting a starter might be most important.

Seems to me the plan is to keep Urquidy on the IL until the end of August and then rest Garcia. Bet they pull Garcia tonight after 75 pitches. |
