Jose has the day off today with Wilson at second base......Chas leading off. I sort of expected a day off for Brantley with Meyers in the OF. We need to see what Meyers can do.

I’m hating this offense. It sucks right now. I hear ya. That had the makings of a multiple run inning but a typical double play cleaned up the inning for Maeda. |

Simmons should have been called for interference when he knocked Brantley down...Chas scored. Carlos stood there and took a called third strike on a center cut fastball with Brantley on third and two out..Carlos' head is firmly implanted up his ass at the moment.
