I hope Altuve parked himself in front of a TV monitor and watched hours of video of himself flailing away at pitches low and away outside the strike zone. Good to see him laying off those today. He is looking better. I hope giving Kyle Tucker, our MVP this season, the day off helps him get back to hitting. |

You have to be impressed by Meyers' skillset. Between him, Chas, Tucker, Yordan, and Brantley I feel like we have more OF depth than I originally thought.

Stanek has been phenomenal lately. It was like another trade deadline acquisition. Our bullpen has turned from something I didn’t want to see to a strength.

Of our first 20 Outs, 9 have been hit at 95mph or better which is what they consider as "hard hit".

We need to get Graveman signed to an extension beyond this season asap. That is a MUST. We won't get him for what he's making now. All he is making now is $1.25 million for this year. |

Bullpen was lights out again.....Good job by Framber after the first inning. Bats woke up. Correa had two hits and drove in a run,but, still takes too many pitches that he should hit. Jake Meyers looked good all the way around.

I heard on 790 earlier today, it was the first time that no starting pitcher, for any team, did not pitch 6 innings. Of course, yesterday there were games that were weather delayed in the middle of the game that were causes for pitching changes later on.
Also, the Twins just mini swept the White Sox. I guess the Twins are a spoiler team now.
