I know I am going to get blasted for this, but, here goes.............This team needs an emotional leader to step up and provide a spark to get them going and ignite the offense. The guy we depended on to do that in previous seasons is now wearing a Toronto Blue jays uniform. We need somebody currently with us to step up and do the same. I realize that Tucker and Yordan are out of the lineup,but, that is no excuse for the lack of effort and going through the motions we are seeing. Leaders step up and light a fire under their teammates. Who is going to do it? I haven't noticed any of them trying to do it, and, we have some veterans on this team whose job it is to get this team going. They are failing miserably. Teoscar Hernandez or George Springer? George, BTW, just went back on the DL. |

He has been as much of a leader as Mr. MVP who is getting over twice the salary as the guy who you think wants a blank check. Mr. MVP is being paid as a team leader, but, he isn't doing the job. |
