Max probably got carpal tunnel from flipping too many pages of scripts from endorsement ads. And yes The dodgers and their fans on earth can go "F" themselves Roberts has done a worse job with pitching than Dusty ever has. LOL What so called "ace" has "arm fatigue" in an elimination game in the NLCS?.....a damn wimp. LOL I don't know.... St. Joey's little stunt with Evoldi's got to be up there somewhere too.

Scherzer almost cost the Nats the World Series two years ago with injury issues. At his age, these are warning signs.

I have to find this list again I read yesterday on the internet of possible places for the upcoming free agent group. They were off the wall places where players were going to sign. The author of the piece had CC signing with the Orioles.

St. Joey's little stunt with Evoldi's got to be up there somewhere too. Cora totally mishandled Eovaldi and went too long with Sale. After Rodriguez did a good job in game 3, I don't remember him being mentioned. Instead, Correa played all his cards with Eovaldi and Sale.

He vetoed a trade to us this season. On top of that, he's 37 years old and is injured half the time and can't answer the bell when needed. I had rather go after another year or two of Verlander. I would let Greinke walk.

Imo, pitching is everything. I love Verlander and hope we keep him. Scherzer is a starter, they should not bring him in from the pen. It's hard to teach old dogs new tricks.

There are two classic exceptions to that.......John Smoltz and Dennis Eckersley were both long-time starters before becoming elite closers.

The TBS crew concern of the Dodger starter working on three days rest, when at one time that was the norm.

Piss on the White Sox starters. Not much looks better than the Yankees and Dodgers both sitting home for the WS. One thing for sure......the national media is pissed. The last thing they wanted was an Astros-Braves matchup because of "ratings". piss on the ratings.

Not gonna lie. I was a little disappointed the Dodgers didn’t make it. A rematch would’ve been fun.

I wanted the Astros to F the Dodgers. That would have been nice. But for that to happen the Dodgers would need to appear in the WS. For me, personally, I was hoping to see the Dodgers eliminated asap. The Cardinals had a good chance of besting the Dodgers right up until the ninth inning walk off. Imagine, all the money Guggenheim Baseball Management poured into that team and to have their postseason come to a screeching halt after just one game? How cool would that have been? Instead of being a story in the 2021 season, they would have been a mere footnote. But it is what it is. Bottom line is, the Astros go to the WS and face a respectable opponent. Just four more wins needed. Git 'r dun, boys!

So scary that even winning 18 in a row, and pulling a post season berth out of your ass gets same said ass fired.

And if they'd made it to the big dance, that would have been great. Winning a WS is never bad but winning against and admiral opponent would be that much better.
