My picks:
C: Alejandro Kirk // Willson Contreras
1B: Ty France // Paul Goldschmidt
2B: Jose Altuve // Jazz Chisholm
SS: Jeremy Pena // Francisco Lindor
3B: Jose Ramirez // Manny Machado
OF: Aaron Judge, Kyle Tucker, Mike Trout // Mookie Betts, Joc Pederson, Juan Soto
DH: Yordan Alvarez // Bryce Harper
Tucker is a little bit of a homer pick, and you could make a case for Tim Anderson over Pena, but that's what I would go with.
They may not all end up starters, but I think Altuve, JV, Yordan, and Pena should easily make the AS team. Cases can be made for Framber, Montero, and Tucker as well.

Altuve and Yordan are leading at their respective spots, although with the weird voting rules this year, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Unless a player leads his league in votes, he still has to go through a 2nd round of voting as a finalist. So Altuve and Yordan will have to stay/get hot if they want to keep their spots through the 2nd round. Altuve was a runaway favorite just a week and a half ago, but a little sluggish performance the last several games has narrowed the gap. Yordan is still in a good position, but if it ends up him vs. Ohtani in a run-off it might not end in his favor just because Ohtani is so popular.
Nobody else is higher than 4th. Pena might have had a shot but this injury has pretty much killed his chances I would have to believe.

Most recent count has Yordan heavily leading at DH, and Altuve is still in 1st place by about 200K. Course both of them winning this phase doesn't mean anything as they still have to win the next phase to be a starter. That being said, they're both most like shoe-ins at this time. I also have to believe that JV is a given and Tucker likely makes it in as an alternate if nothing else.
You could also make cases for Stanek, Montero, and Abreu, believe it or not. Pena wouldn't be a bad candidate, but I'd be surprised if we got more than 4-5 guys in since they'll have to pick players from the scrub teams too.
