I don't know they ever thought Pena would make a good leadoff hitter. He hasn't proven to get on base well at all, and I think it puts too much pressure on him. Let Hensley leadoff. He's currently at .294/.368 It’s a confidence thing. By merit Peña should be batting 7th or lower but it’ll change. That doesn't make sense to me. How does putting pressure on a young guy to fill a hole left by Altuve and Springer build confidence? |
