Can France keep his hot streak going?
23-19 3 Games Back Team OPS+: 86 Team ERA+: 133
Our most valuable player from a WAR standpoint thus far is Dubon. Followed closely by Yordan, Dubon, and our key starting pitchers. Interestingly, Tucker's defense from a sabermetric standpoint is absolutely terrible...

It’s hard for me to figure out the numbers at times. I thought Peña last season had an unwillingness to dive on grounders and could barely throw out anybody, but the metrics were phenomenal.

Jose Abreu has seen Smyly a lot and has crushed him. If he can't have a good game tonight then...

It's interesting that these guys are all having similar sluggish starts:
Bregman: 85 OPS+ Correa: 82 OPS+ Springer: 72 OPS+ Gurriel: 87 OPS+ Altuve: IL
Even if we had somehow managed to keep that core together, our offense would still be pretty bad so far this year.

Top 3 on list can't play without trashcans. Why do you take Gurriel off that list? He's 87, and won his batting title after the cheating.

The other guys had success after 2017 too. What about after 2019, when they were supposedly still cheating? 20-22 were good for Springer, and Correa was good in 21-22. Virtually just as good, really. Bregman hasn't been as good as he was 18-19, but he was worse in 2017 when we know they were cheating (2019 is just rumors AFAIK) than he was just last year. I can't see good cause to assume their struggles this year are indications that their previous success was due to cheating.

Man Abreu stinks. Watch a third strike right down the middle of the zone.

France would be doing well if not for that Japanese guy.

Fully waiting for Hensley to take Strike 3 to start the bottom of the inning.

This team the way they are playing will be lucky to make the playoffs. No consistent offense and with half the Pitching crew out spells disaster

Hensley just under it. 104mph off the bat.

I'm not sure being down by 5 runs is the time to get aggressive on the basepaths...

Can’t have a long winning streak with an offense this poor. Not every pitcher in the rotation will have a good day.

Bad running or not, Bregman has found his swing.
