As of right now this team is a bad baseball team. No fire and non of the hitters are hitting like they should be. Very bad performance all the way around.

The frustrating part is the continued mistakes and bad coaching decisions on top of our struggles. It's one thing to slump, but to compound it with things that shouldn't happen.... Frustrating

Losing is one thing. What Peña did to let Naylor score is another.

That was the first loss this season that left me pretty sad. It’s not right to let Martinez down like that.

It feels like the closing of our window, is the reason. At least for this year.

All of the health issues and slumps have led to the offense staying inconsistent. The bullpen is exhausted and becoming less effective. The flaws in our manager are showing more and more as he's called upon to do more with less. The rotation is finally stretched as thin as it can get. The mental mistakes and errors are the icing on the cake.

I'm normally pretty optimistic, but it just feels like this current team is mentally beat down. Honestly, the fact that they're still 8 games over .500 is a testament to their durability...but the cracks are getting too big. The all-star break can't come soon enough.

Offense actually shows up, pitching staff coughs it up again and again to one of baseball's worst offenses. Yordan out. LMJ dead. Brantley dead. Abreu garbage. Montero garbage. Even Pressly is blowing saves. Love affair with Maldonado. Dusty at the helm.

This feels hopeless.

I’m starting to accept that the wild card is the path to the postseason. Even without deGrom, the Rangers have Eovaldi, Heaney, and Gray to add veteran help and guidance to their rotation. They were more serious about the postseason. You’ve got to ask yourself if the Rangers or any other team out there would’ve been as eager to bring back guys like Montero or even Dusty. The so-called brain trust on this team has been detrimental in such a surprisingly short period of time.

I wouldn’t even know where Brown should begin to fix this mess. It just feels like they’re snakebitten this season since even when they decided to spend a lot of money, it has also gone to shit.

Judging by Dusty, his lineups, and how they tiptoe around him, I don’t see any major moves forthcoming. They seem to care more about not upsetting the apple cart than to make real positive changes.

I don’t know. It’s a lot to consider.
