5 IP, 7 Hits, 3 Walks and he had an error, translation; 1 ER is misleading, he sucked He struggled for sure, but he's a #4-#5 level pitcher on most teams. He'll never be a shutdown pitcher. But, if the defense makes the plays they should, he'll keep you in ballgames. |

Maybe. He just hasn't done it as well as Bielak so far. Bielak has shown to implode when his defense slips. As Thomas had said, the guy is mediocre but shines brighter against the more basic teams. |

Who is saying he is more than that? Blanco hasn't shined bright against anybody outside of ST. He did okay against TX and LA and has relief potential. Bielak is starter or long relief material. |

Ideally, we'd acquire (or get Urquidy back) a pitcher that pushes Bielak (and/or Blanco) into long relief or AAA. |
