They better win the division, how the pitching staff has been taxed the second half of the season, a wild card spot for them is DOA. They might have to go for the wild card. They don’t deserve the division more than the Mariners. There’s just no excuse for this level of play. They have so many star hitters and managed ONE HIT. They don’t deserve the postseason right now. They are playing like a team that doesn't want to win it. How Pressly lost it after the second K, he had those guys frozen on the breaking ball. Letting Miggy hang in there is credit to him. He failed to drop the hammer on him. |

Top it off the Rangers are losing again. Either Dallas or Houston isn't making the playoff field As you look at this rat race for the division, you had spells where it looked like Texas will never lose again. Now it is Seattle, while Houston is going through these winning and losing streaks. If they were consistent, they would be in first place. |

I think I'm done. I can't even get up the desire to watch this team any more. Just horrendous.

Go Tigers! ... ooops, did I say that out loud? This isn't a good time to bring this up, but the Tiger nation is growing in my hometown. They drafted in the 8th round in this year's draft a kid out of the local high school. He was hitting the radar gun at 97 mph. The Stros had scouts in town looking at him, but I guess they are shy from drafting high school pitchers with their luck in that area. |

His whole career he’s been an all-fields hitter. |

Since I’m in Germany, the game will come on at 12:40 am. Looks like I’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning to find out the results. Hope our guys get a win. STAY UP I’m still getting over the jet lag. |
