France has helped somewhat offset the disappointment of Brown and Javier this season. Brown has the stuff but with control issues. He’s also pitched way more than usual. Honestly, I feel like Javier is slightly more of an issue with the contract and the low spin rate. Without the spin, he’s just a mediocre reliever. |
