Framber should’ve been traded, point blank. For what? What would have made the team better? Need prospects and we’re not going to keep him anyway.

We have the dumbest baserunning coaches in baseball, I swear. Dubón is not that fast.

That's a shame. That should have been a win. Too many walks, some poor luck, and a couple bad decisions.

I'm all for being aggressive, but Dubon is slow and that was not hit deep. It was a poor choice.
But, we needed more from a couple of our big guys in big situations.

On the plus side, Diaz, Chas, Pena, and Meyers all looked good at the bottom of the order.

Montero was such a a mistake. Not having a GM when that went down probably had something to do with it

Yes. One of the few blames I put on Crane. And Bagwell. SAY IT. We don't what Bagwell's involvement was with that deal. Only the Abreu deal.

We don't what Bagwell's involvement was with that deal. Only the Abreu deal. It’s like they didn’t notice that Montero was a failed closer/journeyman.

Offense cold, Espada being dumb, Montero being Montero, Pressly can't pitch outside the 9th, game over, season over. Boy hush

Bagwell says to look on the back of Jose Abreu’s baseball card, but how did he not apply the same thinking on Montero? Montero’s previous years indicated that 2022 was a fluke. There is a reason why Seattle just threw him in on the Graveman trade.

As Bortaz says, Get off My Team:
Montero and Singleton
Montero, I have a bad feeling his contract will cause him to stay on this team. Maybe next year he finally gets the axe. I do think the Astros will put him on the DL this season, bc he sucks, to free up a roster spot.
Singleton, there is no reason for him to be on the team.
