The only negative today is that Springer and Correa are still slumping. I hoped the hit yesterday for Correa might get him hot again.

Altuve got robbed the first AB and got the good hit, but he has been swinging at crap all day. It's like he decided three walks yesterday was enough, I'm not walking today.

Sure the Astros explode for runs when My Wife has Me take her somewhere. Usually, she drives herself most of time. So today she wants me to go with them.

I still think Hinch outsmarts himself sometimes. McHugh was pitching find and Sipp had a great day yesterday. No need to bring in Sipp now as McHugh wasn't in trouble.

What I like about today's game. Despite the 8-0 lead they still matched another run when the Royals scored in the top half of the inning.

The 8 run second was a welcome sight. Correa gets part of the game off which was good to let him have some rest and maybe take some vitamins.....Another hitless game for George whose average is down to .260. He is 2-21 on this home stand........If he isn't slapping that ass any better than he is hitting, he isn't getting the job done.
We found the best place for Giles......mop up man. He can't cope with pressure so until we can get rid of him, this is ithe best spot for him.
