Since we are giving nicknames to presidents... Which one sounds best for Trump... Sexual predator? Reality TV actor? Russian puppet? I just can't decide... Hillary’s daddy! That works too... |

Some of the best laughs I've had have been watching the reactions of the liberal snowflakes and crybabies screaming and crying when they realized Trump had beaten that witch and won the election.  I still go back and watch them from time to time. I know some liberals who told me before the election that Trump had no chance. I have had lots of fun rubbing it in.....Trump is the best president we have had since Reagan. |

I still go back and watch them from time to time. I know some liberals who told me before the election that Trump had no chance. I have had lots of fun rubbing it in.....Trump is the best president we have had since Reagan. Coach.... If you look at DJT's record, he is actually very liberal say versus someone of my political leanings. We could have done a lot better than that orange fool. |

I think Olpapa should moderate. He has the temperament for it, he's available most days and I think he'd be fair. Give him the ban hammer (then use it on Batman). I fart in your general direction. In other news, each page needs a NEXT PAGE link, or page number at the bottom of the threads. I hate having to scroll all the way back up to read the next page. Is that something that can be done or it's just flawed design? I really didn't notice between that and your usual odor. |

Is everyone ok with the color scheme? We can change it easily. I started out with a blue one, then changed to this orange. If I had the time/energy/skill, I could probably brand it with an Astros-specific image for the top banner.

What was the SN's name on astros.com that use to be a coach? Got into arguments at times. I can't remember screen names.
jayfree was on clutchfans. I had the same problem that ol papa had with popups. Sometimes it would just shut me off when posting.

This comment brings to mind one of my favorite memories from the 2017 playoffs. When Altuve stepped to the plate in the 5th inning of game 6 of the ALCS he was on a 0-12 hitless streak. He had gone 0-10 in the 3 games in NY and 0-2 in his first 2 ABs in game 6. The Yankees bench had been giving him hell. Verlander was pitching his butt off, but the Astros were up just 1-0 with Severino on the mound for NY when Jose stepped in. Altuve got a single to drive in 2 runs and make the score 3-0 Houston. When the TV camera focused in on Altuve standing on first base immediately after he drove in those 2 runs he was yelling at the Yankees bench and you could clearly read his lips. He was yelling to the Yankees bench, “I right here!” That was a great moment.
