I'd rather see Stubbs play secondary C instead of Fedo. But Luhnow probably doesn't want to burn a spot on the 40-man.
knee surgery kind of sounds like season=ending to me.

it sounds like Fedo will be on the active roster, not just the 40-man. In that case, one of Reed or White must go down. I'd say Reed. Reed was optioned yesterday. |

That's going to be a lot of Fed... Rather have Gattis backup Stassi. Makes getting Abreu even better. Abreu can DH when Gattis catches. This development brings about a couple thoughts: 1) I hope AJ has mercy on poor Federowitz and doesn’t submit him to the embarrassment of trying to catch McCullers again. 2) By the time McCann is ready to return from the DL it will be nearing the date when the active roster can be expanded to 40. Acquiring Abreu makes more sense now. Abreu could be used as the primary DH/1B backup and Gattis used as backup catcher/occasional DH until McCann returns. If McCann’s return from the DL is delayed until after the active roster can be expanded on September 1st, the extra time off would probably be beneficial to Mac and there wouldn’t have to be a corresponding move made to the active roster to make room for him when he returns. |

I do not understand why they did not just bring up Stubbs. It would have made too much sense, and, he may not have gone though enough adversity to be considered. They had rather bring up a guy no other team wants |

A combination of the hemp-derived cannabinoid, cannabidiol (CBD), and an NMDA amino acid anesthetic has been shown to improve cognitive function in a pre-clinical study of rodents with traumatic brain injuries compared with the individual ingredients.
The project is a collaborative effort between the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, and Scythian Biosciences Corp. of Toronto.
