I am still wondering if Bortaz recruited Nate to come here and keep us updated on pending trades. Copycat.

The hot topic on mlb network regarding the Osuna trade is that he is eligible for post -season play while a guy like Robinson Cano who was suspended because he tested positive for PED ussage cannot. Most of the guys on the network are roasting Luhnow over this deal and think Osuna should not be eligible if PED users can't.....Tough call. In my opinion, the punishment should be consistent....either both are eligible for post season or neither should be. Major league baseball made the rule and have to live with it for the time being..........Harold Reynolds thinks that players who are under suspension for either type of violation should be ineligible for post season. This is a mess they need to address. thoughts?? Many people will come out stating against the player accused as they do not want the backlash from their own fans. It's always more enticing to carry the pitchfork in a crowd.
With that said, I agree with this statement.
"A zero-tolerance policy would drive victims underground and remove any incentive that teams, players, the union, or the league would have to be transparent. Women would be less likely to speak up if doing so would end their husband’s or boyfriend’s career at a stroke, and those who did would live in fear of an abuser who, stripped of his livelihood, might look for revenge."
