When Bregman smoked that liner that was caught at 3B, it seemed the Astros were banging their heads against a wall.
What clutch hitting by Correa, White, Kemp, and Marwin... they bailed out Altuve's strikeout ass fer sure.

It's good to see the 8th inning comeback go our way this time Yes, it was but this has been status quo for quite a while. Get a really bad pitcher in the 8 or 9th and manage a hit or two for a win. They need to start coming out sooner. I think part of the problem is the lineup

Osuna is doing the job.........something Giles rarely did. No doubt we stole Osuna and dumped an idiot in the process.

We should have our 2.5 game lead back unless the Mariners blow m 8-3 lead. Big 8th inning and a huge, clutch RBI from Correa. That was the best at bat he's had in awhile. Bregman hit it hard with nothing to show for it. I don't know what is wrong with Altuve...that last at bat was about the worst I can recall seeing him look at the plate. Gets behind in the count, squares to bunt and takes the pitch for a strike, and then gets called out on strikes. He looks clueless and is no doubt pressing too much. Correa delivered the tying run and then White delivers the game winner....I hate to think where we would be now if not for White.
Glad to see McCann and Marisnick back. I hope tomorrow we see an OF of Kemp-Jake-George with Reddick sitting. I hope Yuli keeps sitting but I'm not counting on it.
Josh James showeed why they brought hin up to start this game and I hope he stays the rest of the season. We are getting a good look at a couple of good, young pitchers in James and Valdez and it's encouraging.. Now, we need to go win on ESPN tomorrow night.

They could’ve very easily just rolled over and taken another L.

How about that Josh James too?
Sure there will be some jitters and high walk rate on the debut start (normally).... I can see Framber and James penciled in nicely as the #4 and #5 starters next year. And they may climb higher in the pecking order if they exceed expectations.

There is something going on with Altuve and it's probably between his ears.
