Should have just let Colin finish this game out. Hinch was dead-set against using Osuna.

Will Harris makes it a great challenge to be a fan of AJ Hinch.

Will Harris makes it a great challenge to be a fan of AJ Hinch. I sent some uncomplimentary remarks AJ's way when he brought in the disaster waiting to happen, Will "Gas Can" Harris. This crap of not using a reliever three days in a row will come back and bite us, especially if Rondon has to be out. I wondered why not use Devenski instead of Harris unless Devenski still isn't 100%.

Offense was basically non-existent again today......Home runs by Brewgman and Gurriel and two unearned runs. No hits after Yuli's home run in the 4th.
Kalas and Blum mentioned how Correa takes good pitches he should hit and that he needs to be more aggressive going after first pitch fastballs. They said what I have been saying........opposing pitcher notice that he won't swing at those pitches, so they get ahead of him with center cut fastballs. Today, in one of his at bats, he took two called strikes to get down 0-2 and then struck out on a pitch he could not reach because it was so far outside. If he can't look at video, see what he keeps doing to himself, then, he is just plain dumb. He is either stubborn, stupid, or both. Maybe some time on the bench would wake him up. Until Hinch addresses this with him, I doubt if it changes and the team pays for it.

Solid win. Enough timely hitting and great work by Dallas and the bullpen.
Hopefully Altuve bounces back and Marwin's not too bad.

I think I heard AJ say that Marwin will be held out for the rest of this series. I am sure he will put Altuve back in there tomorrow and hopefully we see the Altuve we expect to see instead of what we have seen lately He will be coming off an 0-11 when he gets back in the lineup, I won't give them credit for timely hitting in a game where they only get 4 hits and two of those were solo home runs, which were the only two earned runs we scored. The fact that our pitching was very good and we were playing the Twins probably saved us a loss today. Rondon doesn't seem to be hurt and was confident after the game that he would not be out. The weak link is Correa who can't seem to get any level of consistency. He had Gattis back in today and he did nothing. If Marwin had not been pulled, he had White on the bench in favor of Gattis. Sometimes, you have to stay with hot bats and not worry about getting everyone a certain number of at bats. I am probably the only one here who thinks so, but, Jake Marisnick needs to be in the lineup tomorrow. Right now, our best OF is Kemp-Marisnick-Springer.

I feel better about this team than I have in a while. They look confident and they're winning even when not hitting great. Even Correa had a couple of good games before today. I think he is slowing coming around. If Gattis is being pushed to the bench, we're getting our depth back.

He may still have his swagger, but he has lost his mojo.

He may still have his swagger, but he has lost his mojo. That explains a lot. Swagger doesn't get the hitters out. He lost it late in the season last year. I am afraid his time of being a consistent reliever may be at an end. Hitters are laying off his changeup and making him throw fastballs and they hit it.
