Price hasn't turned a thing around..He is still same post-season flop as a starter he has always been. For some reason, he can't handle starting a post-season game but pitches effectively in relief. The reason Price "rurned it around".....even though he got a no-decision......was because Cole made horrible pitches in the third and allowed three runs. Walking Devers on 4 pitches and then poorly locating pitches to Bradley. We lost the game in the third inning because of Cole......Price is still the same post-sesson flop he was before the game. |

I don't think anyone thinks the Red Sox will win this series. We still have the pitching advantage and a deeper lineup. We just have to do a better job of controlling Betts.

After Maldonado in Game 2, I might not be against trading for Realmuto...normally, I would be against it...because it would probably come at the expense of Top Prospects + Stubbs as well....but I have never seen a defense player have such a bad stretch in a game...Who was the Yankee player last year against us, the 2b, he was bad..but Maldonado last night was worse... Game 3 is a big time game for Keuchel.....this could be his money game.... |

I'd love for Chuckie Robinson or another lower-level Minors catcher to have a big spring training and emerge as a credible Big League option.
If the Astros can source one of their catchers from the Trade/FA market and source the other internally, that shouldn't drain resources too much.
