What about a Kyle Tucker, J.D. Davis and Derek Fisher for J.T. Realmuto and Derek Dietrich?

Like I said before, they’d still need a player to replace Marwin as the starting LF or Gattis as the starting DH since they’re both probably gone. If they really wanted Dietrich, I think the Diaz trade was questionable. |

Like I said before, they’d still need a player to replace Marwin as the starting LF or Gattis as the starting DH since they’re both probably gone. If they really wanted Dietrich, I think the Diaz trade was questionable. I had zero faith in Thornton developing into a quality starters so it would be hard to have the Diaz deal go wrong. In my mind we got something for nothing there. My preferred headliner in a deal this winter is Alvarez. I would rather throw in more parts and pieces after his name than I would Tucker’s. Tucker is going to put up Springer type numbers and man right field for us for a long time. |
