My Birthday Sunday marks the (un)Official Opening of Baseball Season. I don't care if it's technically off by a few days. It is if I want it to be!
I think technically, the overseas games means we're already in the season.
I for some reason missed that the season was starting in Japan, with A's v. M's. Thought they may have been exhibition games. Hope the M's enjoy 1st, 'cause it's as temporary as a cool March day. |

There is no reason to drink everclear, ever. There is merit to that statement, but when you are an 18 y.o college student needing octane for a jungle juice party...... Well.... you get the picture. |

I just noticed an interesting thing. Nick Tanielu. Last July 7, he played catcher for the Grizzlies. With experience as an emergency catcher and a hot spring, he might be the first call-up if either Correa or Reddick need time on the IL. Bregman slides over to SS and Tanielu starts at 3B: Here is the possible OD lineup if neither Corea or Reddick are good to go. Springer RF Altuve 2B Bregman SS Brantley LF Gurriel 1B White DH Tanielu 3B Chirinos C Marisnick CF
