When the A's get a couple of their good young pitchers healthy they will be hard to beat. The A's are coming off a good series with the Red Sox facing some heat. So far this series facing two soft tossers, didn't really adjust as of yet. |

The high school coach this season up here in his first season is Russ Canzler who was released a few years ago by the Phillies. He is starting his rotation with pitchers throwing 40 to 50 pitches a game. It has been cold and wet up here to start the season. |

He is starting his rotation with pitchers throwing 40 to 50 pitches a game. It has been cold and wet up here to start the season. I am not a "pitch count" person. Each kid is different. Some can throw 100 pitches no problems. I know kids that are only good for around 50 pitches. One is no better than the other. Just different. |
