I hate these West Coast games, what time is it where you are Doug. It is 12:23pm right now, lunch time on a Saturday... such a nice thing to be able to wake up leisurely this morning and turn on a good baseball game. been working like crazy the past few months, this is something I haven't experienced in a while. |

When the Stros moved to the AL West because of the time zone.

well, that red-hot Mariners offense did get 6 runs off a very good team, so clearly they aren't scrubs. but today they scored off of Miley/Peacock. Tomorrow they will be hard-pressed to score this much off of Verlander/Rondon/Pressly/Osuna. Then they get Cole, so it's only going to get harder for them.

Getting back to the time difference Doug, a 12 hour difference from me. /with my work schedule, I don't get to see many games live. usually have to watch them on tape delay about 12 hours after the official starting time. Today it was really nice to see a game unfold in real time. and a history-making game at that. |
