We have to get more out of Bregman......he had a bad game. My guess he is putting to much pressure on himself to carry the team while Jose, George, and Carlotta are out.

I was pro-White earlier this year....because of his 15 minutes of fame last year....but it is brutal to watch him at the plate...he is just getting worse...his only redeeming part of his game, he seems to be decent at 1b.. |

Well, the hope was that if he was slumping but still getting on base, at least he had some value while seeing if he could work through it. He was given a legitimate chance now and I feel like we did right by him if we lose him and he excels somewhere else. Plus, as much as depth is important, he's gotten down to the level where even a random AAA player wouldn't do any worse. And, we no longer have the offensive production to carry him with all the injuries. |
