I once mentioned that I wore this one particular Orange and White cap for every Astros post season game from 1980 to when we won the WS on November 1, 2017. Since then, the hat has been retired, and sits by the TV (in its own trophy glass) for every game.
I also will only go to the restroom between odd innngs. Why? Who knows, it's what the baseball Gods expect of me.
Just wonder if anyone else in the crowd does whacky crap.

Yes. I turn off the game when we're losing (or getting there) and I get sleepy. I always expect the worst and am sometimes surprised when I wake up in the middle of the night and find out about a Yuli walk off.

I believe in superstition, but only for the players. If they don't change their socks and they think that makes them win games, it probably does because they think they're going to win and the positive mindset becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.
