All the more reason to go get another SP via trade. I know Luhnow may not want to trade a good prospect, but he might have to do it. I have always thought that was the Reason is so slow on Trades at times. Will the Prospect fill the hole you're trading for. If not how good is the person you're getting in trade as good as the Prospect or better and fills a Role you can't fill without the trade. |

Jake is a career .229 hitter coming into 2019. Jake would love to hit .260. I doubt it happens.

Luhnow is a Really Good GM but like all of them he lets some slide thru his fingers. Morton is only the latest. Why do you think White is still here dragging the bottom. It all goes back to JD with White

Everyone knows he is not a workhorse 200+ innings kind of guy. I bet he would of stayed for a one year deal with vesting rights on a second year. |
