We didn't have a hitter with an OPS under .800 until our 8th hitter. And that's with playing Maldonado and Reddick when we could technically play Diaz and Chirinos over them if we wanted to. Amazing depth.
Our 6th hitter has an .892 OPS and people here complain about him. Let that sink in.

Cole only gives up one run and didn't have his best stuff.....Bregman finally has a big night....we get a big win.
After the game it was announced that Straw and Urquidy are going down to RR and Abreu to Corpus to make room for the three new pitchers.....dumping Rondon and keeping Straw would have been better. Straw needs to play and can hep in September and the post-season.
