I'm waiting for news of who will get called up to replace Correa. Mayfield actually has the best minor league numbers, but he better look like a major leaguer real quick.

In any case, I would trade him before he can become a free agent. He is under club control and arbitration eligble the next two years. We have plenty of time to deal him before he can walk. |

They should just plan for Correa to not be a reliable presence in the lineup. They should bat him 7th or lower when he gets back.

I am also tired of suffering through listening to Etchenfelder butcher the play by play during the frequent vacations Kalas takes. I have never known a play by play man to get as much time off as Kalas gets. If he doesn't want to work, get rid of him and hire someone else. |

I doubt Correa wants to miss time. He knows it will hurt his future payday. He's just weak and can't help it.
