Wild cards are set: Oakland and Tampa are in. Speaking to a couple of my Yankee Liberal friends, they are quite content to take the second position in the playoffs. Noting they usually beat the Twins like a drum. Getting away from the Trop was big for them, for now. |

Much has been said about Miley’s nosedive in September. He’s not the only one headed south this month. Brantley came into tonight’s game batting .169 with a .494 OPS in September and he is 0-3 tonight.
