Aww man. Why couldn't he just hit a single to the opposite field?

Aww man. Why couldn't he just hit a single to the opposite field? That's what we needed the first inning when he struck out looking instead of trying to make contact.

He doesn't do that anymore. Everyone knows HRs < opposite field singles I was just plagiarizing a line by Johnny Bench.

How old is Lowrie, 47? He’s always playing.

He is F'n bum....trade his sorry ass.... Not at all, but it's just not an approach that he has shown to keep sustainable. I get what y'all are saying, but there's plenty of times y'all want a homer (depending on the game situation) and José's the one who delivers. And for the first month of the season you were worried about the team's lack of HRs

Tucker has been forgotten of late. He has been the most lost. He’s getting impressive fouls on tough pitches but is doing relatively nothing with homer pitches.

You want him to line doubles to right field

Nobody is complaining about Jose's HRs. It's what he's doing in between the HRs. Higher strikeouts than normal and way less hits. (Compared to what he has done before.)
Maybe it's him evolving as he ages. Who knows?
