(1) SCOTUS rules that Public Employee Unions can not force the payment of union dues (or inferred membership)
(2) Justice Anthony Kennedy retires, give Trump another High Court appointment.

I wouldn't mind JOse Cruz being president.
He ought to appoint Charlie Kerfeld as secretary of state, to hobnob with all the foreign dignitaries Texas-style, with copious amounts of barbecue.
VP should probably be Nolan Ryan. If Putin or any of those guys get out of line, Nolan will just give them a knuckle sandwich like they're some dimwit arguing about a HBP.

I am glad Kennedy is retiring, but, the one who needs to go is Ginsberg. Ginsberg is one of those "living-breathing Constitution" folks who doesn't like what it says and simply uses that excuse to do what she wants to do, despite the Constitution. She should never have been appointed and she should have been impeached the first time she went outside of the AMERICAN CONSTITUTION and started quoting Europeon (pronounced You're a PEON) and Euro trash law.
The Constitution ONLY LIVES AND BREATHS when changed by Constitutionally adopted Amendments. Edicts from SCOTUS were never intended to change the Constitution, just interpret it as the AMERICAN Congress intended.

This ugly old hag, Ginsberg, should have been put out to pasture a long time ago.l I find it hilarious that Schumer and his brain-dead democratic pals are "demanding" that Trump wait until after the mid-term electionns to fill the vacancy left by Justice Kennedy.  It is comforting to know that a simple majority in the Senate is all that is needed to confirm whoever Trump appoints, and, we can be sure it will be a conservative. I prefer he doesn't appoint a Republican member of the Senate because we need to maintain that majority in the Senate. I predict that after the mid-terms that the Republicans have a larger majority in Congress than they now have. Idiots like Schumer, Waters, and Pelosi should be insuring that with all of their comments. Schumer can keep crying.....we will have a clear conservative majority on the SCOTUS before the mid-term elections.  |

I doubt if they try to repeal Roe vs. Wade although I would agree if they did just that. In my opinion, abortion is murder.....plain and simple. I trust enough sensible people will vote to keep the democrats from winning elections,

I have no problem with Ted Cruz or Lee of Utah as long as another conservative replaced them in the Senate. Liberals all over the country are whining and will try to do anything to keep Trump from replacing Kennedy prior to the elections. Since 60% is no longer needed to confirm, they don't have a chance. I am getting a laugh from watching these brain-dead fools act like they can block the vote. The vote will be taken and we will get a conservative replacement for Kennedy. Now, if we can get rid of Ginsberg and replace her with a conservative, we will have effectively killed any chance liberals have of dominating the Court. |

I think Gowdy wanted to go harder on the Clinton email investigation but was asked by Trump to back off so that they could prosecute some of the even higher crimes uncovered in that investigation.
Among them (and related to the SCOTUS) was that Hillary's people had Scalia murdered so that they could give Scalia's seat to Loretta Lynch, in exchange for Lynch covering up the security violations related to the private email servers. It wasn't just Hillary using those servers; it was Barrack Hussein, unelected and unappointed individuals in the Clinton Foundation; the Awans; Saudi intelligence; Mossad; and all sorts of other characters who had no business handing classified US intelligence documents.

If another "Thomas" type justice joins the court I will wager that Chief Justice Roberts moves a little to the left. Many of the political leaders we know who claim to be Christians or Jews are, in their private lives, actively involved in cults that perpetuate some of the darker Canaanite and Roman/Greek religions, including worship of Moloch, Baal, and Cronos. One thing common to these religions -- which is described pretty well in the Old Testament as well as other ancient Near Eastern texts not included in the OT -- is the ritual sacrifice of innocents (children and other "virgins"). They believe that by offering up the blood of the innocents, they provide sustenance to their demonic gods, who in turn compensate their human followers with wealth, power, etc. Somehow, it sure seems to work. Of course, today's political elite cannot just go around openly sacrificing people the way it was done in ancient Canaan or by the Aztecs in Mexico. By great sleight of hand, though, they have fulfilled their covenant with Moloch and other satanic deities by getting abortion legalized and cajoling a large portion of the population into supporting it.
