Best I can tell Altuve and Springer are the only current Astros who have faced Anibal Sanchez. Both of them hit him well. Hard to believe that Brantley and Reddick have never faced him. I’ll have to do some more looking.

I’ll have to do some more looking. After further review, Maldanado is 0-5, Chirinos is 4-7, Altuve is 4-11, Springer is 3-5, Brantley is 9-30 and Reddick is 3-13 in their careers vs Sanchez.

What I really want to see is our Stros put up a crooked number in the top of the 1st. Quiet the crowd and put the pressure on the Nats.

If we win today, you'll have to start the remaining GDTs.

If theI ag Astros win tonight, they are back in the series! I agree........we need a good start from Greinke but we can't depend on him to win the game by himself. We gave Cole and Verlander virtually no run support. Unless the bats come to life, we will be down 3-0 and basically finished.

A lot of it is in the mental approach the team takes from here on out. If they come to the ballpark concerned about what’s going to happen if they lose, they will probably lose. If they come to the ballpark determined that they ARE NOT going to lose, they can turn it around and win this thing.

The talent is there to still win this thing.......they just have to go out and do it..........Bregman and Correa have got to play up to their talent level instead of looking like two scared rabbits.
