www.baseball-reference.com has their annual offseason projections up.
As per usual they tend to be pretty conservative from an offensive standpoint when looking at totals, but the few I looked at for the Astros seemed pretty solid.
Interestingly they don't have JV reaching 200 IP. While I think we need to try and save him some for the postseason next year (provided we actually make it again), I'd be surprised if he didn't reach 200 innings if he remains healthy.
