Well, it looks like almost have of the voters were going to "let" the Astros sweep the awards.
Might be harder next year for the hitters to get a lot of votes if this sign-stealing stuff is still going on.

This rampant home run issue seems to be a combination of advanced sign stealing and/or juiced baseballs.

It's way too early to be drunk, son. Sober up and do better. The writers who handed the award to Trout must have been drunk when they voted........Isn't it odd that Trout's "foot issues" always develop AFTER the Angels are out of the race? Sounds like a scheduled vacation similar to the ones Karla takes. An MVP is supposed to be guy who helps to make his team a winner. The Angels could have finished 30 games out without Trout. I think heat is right...,They were not going to let us sweep the top 3 awards so they screwed Bregman and gave the award to Trout, the darling of the media. He's never had a foot issue before and has never missed a September before, you must be thinking Pujols.

Astros are lucky they were able to extend Bregman, for a mere $20M/yr. Especially considering what Arenado, and Rendon got in FA. It's one of the biggest bargains in baseball for a player that's had as many years as Bregman has.

If Bregman stays healthy and consistent it will be a huge steal for years.

The guy is a more powerful less patient defensive stud version of Edgar Martinez.

Arenado can prove if he’s the cream of the crop if he shows he can hit just as well outside of Coors. As great as Chapman’s defense is, Arenado’s bat gives him a slight edge.

Chapman doesn't really care where he hits and he's been the better overall player the last couple years. Chapman is an elite defense 3B. His offense is OK .249/.342/.506/.848, 36 HR.
But compared to Rendon .319/.412/.598/1.010 34 HR, it's no contest
Arenado stats have been inflated at Coors but still are good. Home .351/.412/.645/1.057 21 HR Away .277/.346/.521/.866 20 HR, still slightly better slash line than than Chapman

Rendon is a beast. I wish he was on our team.

Arenado has an OPS under .800 for his career away from Coors. That's far below Chapman's. Did you just look at last year?

That would mean more coming from you if you used proper punctuation and capitalization more than half the time. You day drinker.
