That gave me a chuckle so I thought I'd share. Never a more apt mistake. His particpation back in 2004 to alter GW Bush's military record is a low point in journalism. Didn’t Brian Williams make a similar mistake? |

Wiliam's stupid stunt was basically lying about covering a story during a Iraqi fire fight that never happened, or he at least he wasn't there. Very embarassing to NBC news Rather's misdeeds were to slander GWB, and create a faux scandal to help John Kerry elected. SOB got caught by using fonts in the forgery that didn't exist in 1973. Oops. |
