It's just a matter of time. It will be legal everywhere. I am against it 100% unless it is truly medical.

If alcohol and tobacco are legal, who cares about marijuana.

The problem I have with it being legal for medical purposs is that you can always find a doctor to prescribe it even if it's not needed........The only way is to make totally illegal and enforce stiffer penalties for using Those who grow it and sell it should receive extended prison sentences.

If alcohol and tobacco are legal, who cares about marijuana. Are you really that ignorant? My opinion of Cannabis has somewhat shifted in recent years. Overall the stuff is no worse for you than alcohol. I really don't like seeing another vice added to the social fiber, but just think if all the law eforcement efforts through the years had been focused on more dangerous addictive drugs. As long as the stuff is used in the comfort of your home. (Arrest/fines if public use or driving), I really don't see how this should be a big deal. Bortaz is the expert on this matter, and I'd to hear from him, but I have heard reports that patients with Opiod addictions are being successfully treated via Cannabis conversion. Sorry Coach, but the hardline MJ LEO position is dying pretty quickly. I think the dang stuff is now legal for recreational use in about 12 states.

When my wife and I were in Seattle for our Alaska cruise this past summer we saw a couple billboards along the highway that got my attention. The first we saw when driving from SeaTac airport to our hotel. It said, “Cannabis? No problem. It’s legal here!” The second was an ad for Harry’s Razors. The billboard displayed a large picture of a male (obviously gay) with a mustache. The billboard read, “Does this mustache make me look gay? Great!!” Those folks are a little different in that part of the country.
A funny side note. I work with a young lady who has relatives In Washington state who she visits from time to time. When I told her about the two billboards we saw she said to me, “Did you know that it is illegal to eat while driving in Washington? It is legal to smoke weed, but illegal to eat a candy bar while driving. Go figure.”

I don’t mind people who smoke weed as long as it doesn’t get in the way of their jobs. You can smoke at your own employment risk. However, I don’t think you should be thrown in jail for marijuana offenses.

If players get the munchies they can set up a brisket potato bar in the tunnel. But the video feed and trash can would be in the way

Yes, the crap is being legalized all over and that is a shame. We can keep an eye on states that have legalized it and watch the crime rate go up due to drug related crimes. Use will be more widespread.......more drivers on the road under the influence of it.....nothing good will become from legalizing it.

Are you really that ignorant? If the government is going to allow other dangerous substances, why not marijuana? Doesn't make sense. I wish the use of tobacco could be totally banned and I am a former smoker of about 40 years and wish I had never touched a damn cigarette. I don't use alcohol but I don't mind others using it as long as they have enough sense to use it in moderation and not drive under the influence or make an ass of themselves while using it.
