I still believe Harper is the most overrated player in MLB. He is one of the most over-rated. I am sure some will claim that we have 4 in the top 20 partly due to the the sign-stealing. I expected Bregman to be our highest rated player. I think George and Jose could be a toss-up, but, I give the slight edge to George. even though the so-called experts who did the voting disagree. |

How dare they put 7 Astros in the top 100 players. They are only good because of cheating!  All I ever see is lame Yankee or Dodgers fans saying, "I can't wait to see how bad Altuve, Bregman, Springer, Etc. hit when they can't cheat." Please, I guarantee at least half of our hitters will have some of their best seasons to date. Just to p**s off these babies, I hope we win the World Series, JV wins the Cy Young again and Bregman wins the MVP. |

It probably doesn't matter how well any of the position players do this season (and maybe the next), I don't believe we'll see them win any awards (especially with all-star voting). In fact you probably won't see Altuve start another AS game unless he makes it as a backup and the fan-voted starter gets hurt.
I also really think Springer is going to feel it if he tries to explore free agency next offseason as well.

We won't get anyone voted to start the All-Star game no matter what numbers they put up.
Since we have 7 the top 100 and a guy in Yuli who should have been there, it verifies even more that we didn't need to steal signs to win.

Price is damaged goods and Betts will be adjusting to a new set of pitchers. |

The media will cover up anything the Red Sox and Yankees do while concentrating on smearing middle market teams like the Astros who had the audacity to beat them. Same goes for the Dodgers. The media will cover up for them too. If anyone thinks the Red Sox didn't do the same thing in 2018 that we did in 2017 they are both naive and stupid. Cora helped institgate the cheating in Houston and did the same thing in Boston. |
