Gotta talk about something! I thought Bregman had a better ‘18.

I went with Altuve, because no one ever expected him to be that good.

My pick would be my long time favorite Wynn, the old fence dimensions in the Dome were not the Crawford Boxes.

When Bags played in the Dome, he wasn't hitting at the original distances of the fences. The fences were moved in for the 1972 season. I can't get the link on the net.

I must have hit the link twice.

Additional info: 1997 is the year Biggio did not GIDP once, and he was HBP 34 times.

Over/Under 122 games (75%) Under. I'm thinking it will be a 90-100 game season.

I went with Altuve, because no one ever expected him to be that good. If there were a show about Altuve, you and Todd would be like Holmes and Moriarty.

It's interesting that Biggio only has one vote so far and Bregman has none. Based on some of the newer sabermetric stats, those are the two best seasons in Astros history (by a position player).

Bagwell's '94 season was unlike anything I can remember. He was just on fire the whole time, it seemed. Broke my heart when he broke his hand.

We need a pole on the Greatest Singe Season for an Astro Starting Pitcher... Then one for Relief Pitcher...

We need a pole on the Greatest Singe Season for an Astro Starting Pitcher... Then one for Relief Pitcher... To think it is going to be a long time until we see a MLB game and have the time, we can do one by each position who had the best season. This virus isn't ending any time soon.

To think it is going to be a long time until we see a MLB game and have the time, we can do one by each position who had the best season. This virus isn't ending any time soon. Maybe we will get a grip on it in a few weeks. Certain parts of the country are not that serious with the problem. But up and down the East Coast it is still spreading with people especially escaping from NY. We would have to run our country like China with a iron fist to stop the movement of people. That is how they are controlling their crisis. In fact my area as of yesterday is in a restricted movement designated area. A little of topic watching the replay of game five of the 86 NLCS between the Stros and Mets, and they are talking about Scott cheating of doctoring the Baseball. Kind of forgot about that in his great season.
