Brisket is only good when they haven’t cut off all the fat or burnt ends. Moist brisket and charred ends are the best. Rudy’s, surprisingly, has very good moist brisket.

Brisket is great but when lamb is done right, it’s some gourmet shit. I have never eaten lamb.

Brisket is better than lamb son
I'm not a big fan of brisket. I kinda grew up on it cause my dad's side of the family was upstate NY Jew. I admit that had a lot to do with it

So I love chicken (not as much as steak).

I wish there was a non-dark meat part of duck.

I love noodles, beef, and soup. But I don't like pho. You crazy. one thing I've found with everyone and Asian is either you like it or you don't. Really good pad thai is something else that's hard for me to resist Being one of the few cuisines you can dine on and avoid stuffed-gut-need-antacid feeling is one of the many things I love about Asian

I LOVE some Chinese dishes such as General Tso's chicken and Mongolian beef. Japanese tempura is great too. Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippino ... bleh.

Thai food is fantastic but death to anyone with allergies. One of the guys I once worked with was sort of a beer connoisseur but was allergic to hops. How messed up is that?
