one thing I've found with everyone and Asian is either you like it or you don't. Really good pad thai is something else that's hard for me to resist Being one of the few cuisines you can dine on and avoid stuffed-gut-need-antacid feeling is one of the many things I love about Asian
I reckon I'm atypical then. I LOVE some Chinese dishes such as General Tso's chicken and Mongolian beef. Japanese tempura is great too. Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippino ... bleh. Thai > Asian |

Thai food is fantastic but death to anyone with allergies. One of the guys I once worked with was sort of a beer connoisseur but was allergic to hops. How messed up is that? In my career I've had people tell me that they're allergic to adrenaline (which is naturally produced in the suprarenal glands). When they tell me that I always ask if they're allergic to water, too. |

I can vouch that lumpia and pancit are decent Filipino foods. I’m not big on roasted pig, but a lot of people like it.

I can see no one here ever ate Vietnamese Food in a Straw Hut Village. Nothing like looking a Pot and have an eyeball look up at you. LOL
Actually a lot of the Food wasn't bad as it was way better than c-rations everyday.
